1. General

Your contractual partner for the membership Plus within the scope of this online offer is, represented by Harald Mücke (sole proprietorship), Pescher Str. 235, 41065 Mönchengladbach.

The following general terms and conditions apply to Plus membership. We hereby expressly object to any deviating provisions of the contractual partner. is entitled at any time to these general to change or add to the terms and conditions including all possible attachments with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received beforehand will be processed according to the old general terms and conditions that are still valid.

2. Offer and order

Our offers are non-binding. In the event of obvious spelling, printing and calculation errors on the website, we are entitled to withdraw. Our offer is subject to change. All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. The VAT is shown separately on the invoice. If you are registered by us as a non-EU citizen or as a commercial EU foreigner, the net values will be displayed.

When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully going through the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The conclusion of the Plus membership for takes place in the following steps:

  1. A prerequisite for the Plus membership is a free account in our online shop
  2. Register on this page. You will be automatically guided through the registration and payment
  3. Pay for the Plus membership with PayPal, Stripe or by bank transfer
  4. After receipt of payment, you will become a Plus member on by a Plus staff and activated.
  5. From now on you can enjoy the advantages of being a Plus member at shop

3. Plus membership benefits

The following plus membership service is an additional option for the online shop and only valid with a paid and activated membership.

3.1 Reduced shipping costs

As a Plus member, you have the advantage of reduced shipping costs. You will receive a shipping discount of €4.00 on deliveries within Germany and abroad. The minimum order value of €10.00 must be fulfilled and must be considered.

If a delivery is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information by the customer, it will be sent again by only if the customer in question provides his correct address and the applicable shipping fee for the specified destination address is reimbursed. The flat-rate shipping fee is also to be reimbursed in full if the value of the goods is above the limit for free shipping. Alternatively, the customer is entitled to request a reimbursement of any payments he may have made.

The customer bears the direct costs when returning the goods.

3.2 Delivery terms

Orders Plus members will be shipped with DHL/Deutsche Post. The minimum order value of €10.00 must be considered for this.

Orders from Plus members are processed separately and preferentially by Plus staff, so that they can be dispatched more quickly.

Orders are generally only complete delivered (no partial delivery. However, we reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for a speedy processing. If the customer requests a partial delivery, we reserve the right to charge the freight costs incurred as a result of the partial delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place from warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the delivery is accepted by the recipient, even if partial deliveries are made.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched the next working day. The delivery time in Germany is therefore 2-3 working days, EU-wide 4-5 working days and worldwide 4-7 working days - however, deviations in individual countries are possible and are beyond our service. Our shop has a merchandise management system, i.e. you can only order what is presented online, so what is effectively in stock. If goods are not in stock due to errors in storage, we will endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible.

The processing of your order begins on the day the payment is received. If the day of receipt of payment falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the sender's location, processing begins on the next working day.

If the non-compliance with a delivery or performance deadline is due to force majeure, labor disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the deadline will be extended appropriately. Failure to meet the delivery deadline for reasons other than the above, the buyer is entitled to set a reasonable grace period with a threat of rejection and, after the deadline has expired, to withdraw from the contract with regard to the delivery or service in the contract.

Claims for damages due to delay or impossibility or non-performance, including those that arose up to the point of withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. Unless a legal representative of the company acted willfully or with gross negligence.

3.3 Discounts & Offers

Plus members receive a discount of 5% on their order. For special discounts, Plus members receive newsletters or they can be found in the protected area of released. The discount cannot be combined with discounts from other customer groups (e.g. SAZ, schools, toy libraries, etc.). Other discounts can be combined. The transfer of voucher and discount codes to third parties is not allowed and will result in immediate termination of the Plus membership by without reimbursement of fees.

3.4 Support Plus

Inquiries from Plus members are preferably processed by Plus staff. We also help you with all aspects of game development. The contact form in the protected area must be used for these inquiries. Inquiries directly by e-mail cannot be assigned to Plus members and are therefore not entitled to Support Plus.

3.5 Content Protected area

Plus members benefit from our know-how in the protected area. With over 20 years of experience as a game designer, publisher, editor, producer and industry expert, we can provide you with tips and tricks on all aspects of game development. We advise you as a Plus member for half an hour a month free of charge. The use of the advice must be booked on this page. The protected area on is only accessible with a login. You will only receive access after receipt of payment for the Plus membership as described in point 2 of the terms and conditions. The transfer of registration data to third parties is not allowed and will result in immediate termination of the Plus membership by without reimbursement of fees.

3.6 Give-away or surprise for your order

You will receive a give-away or a surprise with your order. If you visit us as a Plus member at trade fairs, you will also receive a give-away.

3.7 Membership

Your membership begins on the day your account is activated on this page. Activation takes place manually after receipt of full payment by a Plus staff

Membership is one year and ends automatically. There is no need to cancel your membership. Membership is not a subscription.

An early termination by the Plus member and a refund of the remaining contribution is not possible. A termination without reimbursement of the contributions is through possible in the following cases.

  • When sharing content from the protected area to third parties
  • When ordering for third parties
  • If passing the voucher or discount code to third parties
  • Passing the login data for this page to third parties

We reserve the right to take further legal steps in the event of this misconduct.

4. Due date, payment and delay

The activation as a Plus member takes place after full payment has been received. Payment is made directly with the registration or, depending on the membership, on the "Renew membership page" or "Membership extension page". If you choose the payment method bank transfer, you have 14 days to transfer the amount. The following payment options are available for payment:

There is no activation of Plus membership until full payment has been made.

5. Right of return/ right of cancellation

5.2 Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. However, we reserve the right to withhold the costs that we incurred through the service of free shipping, the 5% discount for Plus members and other discounts for Plus members during this period.

6. Warranty for defects and liability
