Rules for It's 15
The players combine their cards with the cards laid out in the center. Whoever has exactly 15 points—or comes closest to it—wins the round.

Preparation:
You will need the number cards 1–10 featuring the brown polygon, the number cards 1–9 with green numerals, and the cards with values 1 and 2 in various colors. The remaining cards are not needed for this game. Be creative and invent additional games using the cards…
Each player receives the value cards (1–2) of a single color.
Gameplay:
The two types of number cards are shuffled separately and placed in two distinct piles.
One of the green-backed number cards is placed face-up in the center of the table. Then, each player receives one of the brown number cards, which they examine before placing it face-down in front of them.
In turn, players decide whether they wish to take an additional brown number card.
The starting player—initially the player whose age is closest to 15, and in subsequent rounds, the winner of the previous round—may now place a bid. To do so, they place the corresponding value cards above their face-down number card(s). If they choose not to bid, the next player in turn may do so, and so on.
The players following the bidder must then decide whether to match the bid or pass. Any player who passes takes no further part in the current round.
During a round, the current bid may be raised once (but not multiple times!) by the active player, who simply places a value higher than the current required amount. Subsequent players must then either match this new value or pass.
Once all players have either matched the required sum or passed, everyone turns their number card(s) face-up. The player whose total—combined with the card in the center of the table—is closest to 15 wins the round and claims all the cards that were wagered. In the event of a tie, the player holding the single highest-value card wins.
End of game:
The game is played over 10 rounds. The winner is the player with the most points at the end.
